Wonka

We were sooo excited for this! We planned to visit the haunted house that is ultimately scary and the world's famous killer roller coaster, Fujiyama. Those were the priorities.

We spent hours and hours to get to Fujikyu Highland. It's a Japanese theme park near the Mount Fuji, so it's undoubtedly cold and windy

This is the haunted house i'm talking about. You can buy a charm too. They say that if you have the charm, the ghost will be weakened. But it's no fun right? Duuuh. Turns out i felt so deppressed in here...I even fell on my two fucking knees.

This was my cure after the 30-mins journey in the haunted house. I literally ran out of breath because of running and screaming. My heart was beating so fast. And i was not exaggerating. I couldn't even join my cousins for Fujiyama roller coaster because i was still exhausted. But the haunted house is definitely worth a try, believe me.

This made me calm and warm a bit too

Out for dinner in Shinjuku

I ordered salted salmon. It was sooo tasty...

We went there to take a picture with the famous Hachiko statue in Shibuya and find my cousin' treasure, Adidas Y3...

The first picture when i got in Shibuya

I found Ashley Yukaaa. She posted this ad on her Instagram as well. What an adorable girl...

I found this 'fossil' at Seibu mall in Shibuya. It's a cool object you can find in a mall

Then i found Kikooo... This Panasonic ad is spreading everywhere, from building to trains.

Harajuku...

What a view...

This keeps me going... It's Georgia coffee

I visited Lush store in Harajuku and it's a cute, natural, homey store. These are the examples of their masks and it smells sooo good, especially the 'rosy something' one. I got so interested in this because i didn't find this kind of thing in Indonesia.
.

Look! They're making a face cleanser!

A quiet long road in Harajuku... So calming

And then went to the crowded street again...

Back to Shinjukuuu

We were invited  to the dinner with my uncle's relatives from Japan at The Shinjuku Washington Hotel. Yummm medium rare...

This was the chef for that night. He was making fried rice

Time for dessert. It's a sorbet with cream and fruits. A perfect ending...

I went to Gotemba Premium Outlets, where they provide local and international highend fashion brands, from casual ones to posh ones. Here, people mostly brought their super cute dogs with them. There are 2 sides at this place - east and west, so you better wear your comfiest shoes. There are lots of exciting stores to go in to, and discounts for tourists as well. When i got there, it was raining and windy so it was shivering.

A glimpse of raining Shinjuku.

Crossing the bridge at Gotemba Premium Outlets under my cute ribbon umbrella. Smelled some shopping spirits here.

Singaporean-style fried chicken with light broth in a paper. Lezat.

Let the shopping madness begins... Even though the skies were a bit dark, it wouldn't stop us.

My favorite view, the kid's park.

Spotted! This one was my favorite kid of all kids at Gotemba.

It's about time for me to have a vacation after long and hectic activities. I got a chance to go to Japan, a beautiful country with breathtaking views, fresh air and delightful street food and dishes, and sweets too! I spent 10 days there, and it was full of exciting times. Here i give you highlights of my trip, some things that caught my attention along my vacation in Ueno and Asakusa.

This was Shinjuku - the place where i stayed - when the first time i got here. It was cold, about 11 degrees Celcius. It was a bit tiring cause i had to carry my baggage with me around these walking people.

The room where i shared with my cousin. So tiny but comfortable. It's APA Shinjuku Hotel. The best thing about this hotel? The Amenity series by Shiseido in the bathroom.

One pastry and green tea latte from Choco Cro for my breakfast before i headed to Ueno Park. Scrumptious...

First stop, Ueno Park.

Sakura-sightings at Ueno Park. So beautiful... I got a magnificent feeling when i stood under the sakura trees. Peaceful.

Hang your hopes here.

Next, Asakusa

Markets on your right and left.

Delicious niku udon for my lunch. So good... the restaurant is so tiny with a traditional Japanese ambience, and has a Tripadvisor sticker.

They believe that the smokes will give them luck.

Pay 100 yen and get your prophecy here.

A glimpse of Ikebukuro.

This is one of the projects that i'm currently working on. It'll be held on August 25-28 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. Bazaar Art Jakarta 2016 is a contemporary art fair that showcases artworks from local and international artists/gallerists. This is more than just an art fair, it also has a forum and fun programs that are even more spectacular than the previous years.

It is time for us to open our eyes for another exciting stuff that exists in this world, art. At first, i was just an ordinary admirer of some pieces that i saw, without knowing the story or the process behind them. But now when i'm professionally working on Bazaar Art Jakarta 2016 project as a writer/copywriter for the artjakarta.com (mainly), i get to know the stories of the artists and what inspires them to make artworks, because i rewrite them and i upload it on the web.

This is "Warlord" by Ja Pramuhendra that successfully caught my eyes. I captured this when i was attending Bazaar Art Jakarta 2016 gathering on March 15th to do my work.

Genius. It has movements.

I may not be a true art enthusiast, but for all i know i do love art and i appreciate it.

It's always fun to wear turtlenecks. They give you an instant stylish look without a doubt. The one interesting thing that i discovered when i'm wearing a turtleneck is my hair is automatically slipped in. I find it quite attractive and cool but i unfortunately don't feel comfortable with my hair that way, so my point of writing this is just to make you aware of the look. Still, I totally love it, wish I could pull it off, or gain my confidence.

I'm feeling the European cold weather vibe...

It's beneficial if you got straigth hair.

I've been thinking,an evening exercise would be perfect for me. Since it helps for reducing stress and releasing anxiety (the thing that I'm having all this time), I think I should try it. Another benefit that I really want to experience is the capability to make me sleep even better and deeper.

But when is the best time to do it? I am a 9-to-6 employee.
