Wonka

I found this amazing yet refreshing magazine, Frankie, in my cousin's room. I've never heard of this magazine before so just call me a late-bloomer.

This is a total page-turner. Every page was made in different concepts. But the things that made me most exciting are the articles. The articles are straight out of the writer's brain, and they reflect so much freedom.

Here are the articles that interested me:

1.The popularity of photos or videos that capture animals cuteness. We found it everywhere - mostly on the internet - and, unconsciously, it touches your heart. Let's be real, I bet you said 'aaawww' (it is the very least), or felt so peaceful and happy when you saw pics or vids of animals cuteness. It's more than just funny, it's all of us. I mean, people rarely write about this, right? Especially for magazine article.

2.I like this kind of section. It highlights suggestions from people with various backgrounds. I was easily inspired.

Another thing that attracts me is the photographs for each article. The picture doesn't always literally represents the article, but it depends on the writer's perspective about how they want to illustrate but still related to the story. It's super creative and far from boredom, so people who read the article can have different point of view.

I think, this magazine really appreciates simple ideas, even ridiculous ones. But turns out that it's really really amusing. Real, light and creative. It proves that any ideas really do matter.

I think this is the most heart-breaking breakup in a British relationship history. I mean, the girl is a fashion model/writer/designer/favourite muse of various world brands and the boy is a musician/poetic lyricist. You dont get this kind of combination every day. Not to mention they got some serious killer fashion senses. They're both absolutely good-looking, physically. They were together for 4 years more or less which was not a short space of time. I've always wondered what went down with them, basically because i haven't read Alexa's The It Book, she said that some parts of the contents were about brokenhearts.

Sigh. Another British perfect combination. Suki and Miles were an item and of course they have same mutual friends, none other than Alexa and Alex. Suki and Alexa must've been associated in their big world of fashion, and Alex and Miles unite in The Last Shadow Puppets. Sometimes Miles even supports Alex for Arctic Monkeys concert, like filling in for guitar parts for the songs called 'Plastic Tramp' and '505'. Being in the same circle of friends might be a little tricky though. They both looked so cool together, both on and off duty.

Cute. They modeled for Burberry campaign along with her adorable brother, Alex. Emma also supported George for One Night Only's music video "Say You Don't Want It". Great song that one. George even licked Emma in that video. Whew so much heat. Their favourite date? Music festivals. Wasn't he lucky to date a brightest and classy girl in the world? I think he was.

They have the cutest baby boy called Flynn. It was one hell of a news when I first heard it. They said they became friends ever since (wow the dog is dead but let's keep it!). Yay way to go, people! The woman was just an ordinary pretty girl from Australia who won  GIRLFRIEND magazine modelling search, then started to fly west to east and became world's gorgeous model who married to a gentleman. Cool background story.

I just fall in love with this pair. For no reason. Indescribable. It's on the tip of my tongue though, but.

I didn't know about this in the first place but I think they were such a great old vintage couple. It's Scarlett Johansson and Jack Antonoff. They looked better in that look and look how great Jack's hair was! They were stormed by Hollywood glam after that.

It's like I was struck by lightning. I read an article on Broadsheet Australia about cereal and not just about regular cereal but POP-UP CEREAL CAFE! This is so unusual, I mean you can find or buy cereal very easily but knowing the fact that someone has a plan to open a cafe/restaurant that specifically serves cereal....? BRILLIANT. So you get to experience and taste different cereals that you rarely buy or find in just one place! I'm talking about Cereals Anytime, a cereal cafe that will open on February 12th at Swan Street Chamber of Commerce, 214 Swan Street, Richmond, Australia. Not only serving a cereal experience but it will also educate people about nutritious meals. How cool. All you Australians must be very excited about this...

You know that most people like cereal, even the hardest rockstar like Craig Nichols from The Vines would kill for cereals. Bryan Robertson, the creator of this cafe, has a very out-of-the-box idea to make a place for people to enjoy cereals and get appropriate informations about healthy meals. It's important because I think restaurants have responsibilities to give foods & beverages in a good quality, and it's better to inform people about their food's nutrition facts and stuff.

So let's go to Australia, one of the best melting pots in the world!!!
